Ingredients :
Suji: 1 cup
Ghee: 2 tbsp
Sugar: 1/4 cup
Elaichi: 2
Orange juice: 3 cup
Dry-fruits
Orange, for garnishing
Method:
- In pan add dhee and suji then roast. let make few brown.
- Make warm to orange juice then add in to suji.
- Add sugar and elaichi powder.
- When the halwa is fried then add dry-fruits and turn off the flame.
- garnish with orange n badam.turn off the flame.
