Orange halwa













Ingredients :
   
Suji: 1 cup
Ghee: 2 tbsp
Sugar: 1/4 cup
Elaichi: 2
Orange juice: 3 cup
Dry-fruits 
Orange, for garnishing

Method:
  •  In pan add dhee and suji then roast. let make few brown.
  •  Make warm to orange juice then add in to suji.
  •  Add sugar and elaichi powder. 
  • When the halwa is fried then add dry-fruits and turn off the flame.
  • garnish with orange n badam.
    turn off the flame.





  • Semolina ½ kg
  • Sugar ½ kg
  • Orange slices 4 – 5
  • Green cardamom 4 – 5
  • Orange juice 1 cup
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Few drops kewra essence
  • Yellow food color 1/3 tsp
  • Orange for garnishing
